The Bramley yurt is a modernized version of the mongolian tent, built by a mixture of hazel, chestnut and ash wood, the outer cover being made of high quality poly cotton canvas and with no compromise to the quality of furnishing it is hard not to feel like royalty during your stay.

The place has a romantic ambiance to it as it lets you escape the constant grinding of city life and lets you focus on things you would naturally love.

The surroundings offer fifteen acres of land where one could wander around, play in the streams nearby or just have a picnic in the meadow and all in all embrace nature while enjoying your stay.

Glamping description

Situated atop the gently sloping 4 acre apple orchard the Bramley yurt offers a unique glamping experience with its panoramic view of apple trees and the neighbouring fields. The Bramley yurt measures 18ft in diameter, large enough to comfortably fit a king sized bed and a sofa-cum bed that together could sleep up to four people. 

With the wooden frame built from a mixture of ash, chestnut and hazel from the woodlands nearby and no compromise to the quality of furnishing, this yurt will feel so cozy you may not want to leave.

The Bramley yurt has been provided with an internal stove with a grill for toasting and a complimentary bucket of logs. Outside, along with the seating and the picnic table, is also a BBQ available.

In the Facilities Lodge you will find your own private bathroom with hairdryer and shaving light. There is also a shared kitchen area where you can use one of two communal fridges, a freezer, mini oven, microwave and slow cooker plus a kettle and toaster and further outdoor seating.

This comfortable yurt is surrounded by apple orchards, the woods and a pond that is fenced for child safety. One could embrace the feeling of freedom while wandering around the landscape for hours and hours.

    Glamping at its best

    We stayed in Bramley yurt with friends and had a fantastic time. Everything was clean and well thought out, and if you need anything, owners Nick and Vicky are happy to oblige. The bathroom (each yurt has its own!) was warm and well equipped and the whole place, including the village with its fantastic pub 'The Ring of Bells', is delightful. There is is a pizza oven in the orchard which produced fantastic pizzas. Nick now has the knack and will be happy to show you. This is glamping at its best.
