Glamping description
The brand new premium timber Glamping Pod has been upgraded with the addition of a private wood-fired hot tub; making any stay at Loch Tay that little bit more relaxing. The pods are beautifully located with spectacular views of Loch Tay and Ben Lawers mountain range, an ideal backdrop for relaxing in the hot tub after a full day of activities in the Scottish Highlands.
Sleeping up to four guests, the premium glamping pod with hot tub is furnished with a double bed, pull-out sofa bed, dining space, and a compact kitchen with cooking facilities. Home essentials including a microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster are also provided for a comfortable stay. The shower room, toilet, and washbasin are integrated into the pod. There is also a private outdoor fire and dining area and the hot tubs are powered by wood that is provided.
At Loch Tay, no chemicals are used in the hot tubs, and they are filled before each booking with fresh water from the Highland spring. The hot tubs can take up to 3 hours to heat depending on the time of year, so guests normally get the stove fired up as soon as you arrive. The fires will then have to be tended to roughly every half hour.
The minimum stay is two nights with two adults. Guests will need to bring their own crockery, cutlery, bed linen, and towels. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed either.
