The Park offers unique glamping experiences with the option of its onsite Airstreams and Yurt village. Choose from retro Airstreams with original fittings or modernised Airstreams offering the same number of rooms but more freedom to move around. From a 1950s trailer to nomadic shelter, guests can hire individual Yurts or the whole Village for a great glamping experience.
the featured airstream, Route 66, contains comfortable beds and a log burner, plus unique rustic furniture. Modern amenities can be found in the shepherds’ huts close by and you can cook up a feast in the Village Cookhouse offering all kitchen facilities and lockable cupboards for each Yurt.
As Park guests, you will still have access to The Park’s heated swimming pools, steam room and sauna and award-winning café.
Route 66 is an iconic, retro Airstream ‘Silver Bullet’ trailer has been imported from the USA and designed exclusively for The Park. This unique trailer epitomises the life of adventure and discovery. Enjoy the comfort, style, and exclusivity of this type of holiday, using it as the perfect base from which to explore the delights of life in Cornwall. The beautifully stylish interior will make it hard to leave your very own Airstream.
This Airstream has a galley kitchen, shower, basin, and toilet. The seating area has a television and DVD player. The trailer sleeps two adults. The main bedroom has twin beds and the sitting/dining area becomes a double. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is a lot of storage space and guests can use the overhead lockers for all those essential holiday bits and pieces and use the cupboards to store food and other important items.
The Park isn’t about organised fun, but there are a few of the essential ingredients to help guests to design their own adventure and create lasting memories in Cornwall. You can float in one of our two swimming pools, let off steam in the sauna, or lounge in the café.
There is also a children’s play area, trampolines, table tennis and DVD library along with secret suntraps, hidden pathways and fruit and herb gardens that guests can sample. Next to the cafe is a heated indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. Outside, there is another heated pool in a south-facing garden setting, overlooking the valley, complete with a bar serving food and drinks throughout the summer.
With onsite play areas and an ample supply of beaches and family attractions nearby, Cornwall is where family memories are made. Stroll along north Cornwall’s breath-taking coastal paths, beaches and cliffs. Get out on a bike or seek out historic homes and gardens, there’s plenty to do all within easy reach of The Park. For something extreme, learn to ride the waves on Mawgan Porth beach, or maybe try Kite Surfing at Watergate Bay, just two miles down the coast.
If food supplies are running low, pick up some holiday essentials at the convenience store in Mawgan Porth Village or dine at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall, Watergate Bay, or Rick Stein’s Seafood Café, Padstow. The Kitchen is also open everyday dishing up foodie delights and Yurt Village residents can also make their own pizza in our very own wood-fired clay oven
