The Bells is a pop-up beachside campsite at Druridge Bay in Northumberland, only operating on summer weekends. The Northumberland Coast covers 100 miles in the Northeast of England. The Bells is a brand new pop-up experience that opens for several weeks in the summer that combines the thrill of off-grid camping with a few choice glamping options.
The beautiful area offers to explore sand dunes and the boundless, shimmering blue of the perma-choppy North Sea. Enjoy the clear waters and white sands at one of the nicest beaches in the area.
Glamping description
The Bells was relocated to the Dunes in 2015. The area is very beautiful and huge, there are two areas for campers, a large flat area and a meadowy area. One of the most comfortable accommodation choises would be Shepherd's Hut. It was set uo in 2015 as a unforgettable romantic retreat for couples and is the campsite's most popular acccommodation.
Although it is quite small, the hut is very cosy and stylish. There is a lot of light due to two big windows. The hut has a big double sofabed and a cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and a fire pit ouside. Guests of the hut also have access to all facilities on the campsite.
