Are you and your family up for some relaxation and quality time? This old vineyard turned into a glamping and is ready to welcome you on your trip! The weather is comfortable: warm Portugese weather, but without unbearable heat. But what would you need hot weather for, with a heated private swimming pool right at hand?

Had enough stress at home? This glamping in the northern region of Portugal comes to the rescue! Come to rest on your own terrace in this region with an average temperature of 25°C in August. Enjoy the view over the valley and the mountains: they're waiting for you. Dream away in this paradise, which is not only beautiful but also fully catered. Time to leave all worries at home!

This all might sound great to you, but how about the children? Well, the happy owners definitely thought about the kids as well. They will have a lot of space to play games and have fun on the quinta! And on top of that: Braga and Guimarães are within an hours reach. Definitely worth a visit: with multiple museums, monuments and other attractions, you can be sure to have a busy day there.

As you can see, enough to do here, and combined with a swimming pool all for yourself, you should be absolutely fine. But that's definitely not all: there is a lot of things to do in the nearby region.

THINGS TO DO

There's a lot to do on the quinta. Go have a drink with other guests in the restaurant. A barbecue is organized every week, be sure to join when you're in the occasion. And don't forget to enjoy an Indian rice table, very much appreciated by all of our guests.

This glamping is a great choice for the kids. There is a big grass field where they have all the space to play a nice game of football, badminton, tennis or archery. There is also a big trampoline, a tennis table and a boules pitch. In the preseason and late season, it's even possible to have private swimming lessons from the owner, who has been a swimming teacher for years!

That's not all. Within an hour drive, you'll find two big cities: Braga and Guimarães, Europe's cultural capital of 2012, and Braga. Go to Braga and visit Bom Jesus de Monte, a historic sanctuary which is an important touristic attraction in the city. Climb the stairs to the 116 meter high top and have a great view over the city. Visit Guimarães and visit the Guimarães castle, an 10th century royal fortress that attracts a lot of visitors every year. Be sure to pay a visit: both cities have a lot of things worth seeing, like museums, castles and churches, like you see a lot in Portugal.
