How to get there
Mamaraello is located 2 km from the village Barao Sao Miguel. It is a 2 km dirt road, very charming, but difficult for a normal city car.
If you come by bus from Lagos I can pick you up with my car in Barao Sao Miguel, Budens or some other place nearby.
About the area
The area where we are located has little hills and a net of dirt roads, perfect for walking, hiking and cycling, not that great for an urban car. The closest shop / bar / bus stop are in Barao Sao Miguel.

I am a musician and music teacher. I live in the heart of the nature in the South of Portugal, close to the Atlantic ocean and amazing beautiful beaches. I love searching for the life that is an alternative to the modern civilization, closer to the basic elements. I have got a land on the hill with a sea view from the top of it and I’ve built my house out of clay, stones and wood that I’ve found here on my land. I call my place Fantasia. I love to keep it simple, sunny, friendly, open minded and happy.
Fantasía is a little hidden paradise for those who love pure nature, calm, different way of living and building. We’ve built our house out of straw, clay, stones from up the hill and wood from the forest below. Anyway the most important building materials were dreams, love and fantasy. My neighbours call my house The Hobbit House. It looks thruly like from fantasy word, natural, colorful and joyful. We want to share it with you.
