Slow Living - Wood House in Cascais

Our wood house it is a unique place where our guests can have the double experience of staying in a confortable glamping in the middle of the nature but also to live the experience of being in a traditional farm. A biological garden, chickens, ducks and goats are part of the farm. Not to worry, the animals won't be near the house, but they will be happy to see you.

The possibility to stay in the nature are not limited to the farm and the country side. Beaches, sunny and a relaxing slow life will be also part of this unique stay!

What could be better than this?

This charming lodge has two single beds. In the house there is also a fridge and a kettle, with a small table to prepare light meals or just breakfasts.

After a full day spent at the beach learning how to surf, enjoy the front porch, and the lodge with a private lawn when you can relax with a book or glass of wine!

At the city hall of Cascais, you can rent bikes to use during your days of vacation to  come and go from city center or for the local shopping. The supermarket is only 1Km away.

Note that:

Check-in after 20:00 has an extra fee of 15€, paid on arrival to the host.
Guests will be asked to show their ID on arrival.
Guests are not allowed to make camp fires or barbecues.

The lodge is inside a unique Quinta Pedagógica. As passing the Quinta entrance continue and turn right, on the sign Quinta Patinhas. Follow that private road until you see an electricity tower. The farm entrance is right beside it.

Cascais is known for the glamorous beach days, surf areas in Guincho and Carcavelos. This city is still very close to Lisbon, for a city tour; and close to Sintra, for a more cultural day.
