Visitors are encouraged to BBQ on their open fires outside their tents or partake in communal activities including making music next to a bon fire for all. Gooseberry Fields offer various out of the box options for meals and teaching food preparing skills that double up as entertainment options.
Situated between Ashford, Canterbury and Maidstone the area boasts numerous tourist attractions.
Glamping description
Gooseberry Fields offer 5 meter deluxe Bell Tents for your amazing visit to this country side sanctuary at Gooseberry fields campsite situated on 5 acres of farm land. The campsite has a pond overlooking Dering wood in the beautiful area of Pluckley in Kent(just a one hour drive from central London).
The Bell tents are large tents made from canvas which is cool during the warm days and warm at night when it is cold outside. The themed décor tents include romantic, Indian/Bohemian, Nautical/Seaside and Rustic/Natural and are decorated as such. The tents come with a double bed futon (two single beds can be added), furniture and a firepit.
For the comfort creature glampers the campsite offers a choice of luxury decorating options like bedside tables, rugs, cushions, blankets. Also available are a couple of crates filled with cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils, a small section of board games, puzzles and books, a tripod with fire pit, Dutch oven and BBQ and a basket of seasoned wood plus Two deck chairs with blankets for relaxing by the fire.
The side of the site is set up as spacious communal toilet and shower facilities with a shared washing up area to the south side, with its own deck. For an exceptional outlandish spoil why not book a soak in the available wood fired hot tub?
