Glamping in a canvas lodge

Next to that, the farm itself is already worth a visit, with its beautiful original farm buildings, several ponds and animals like cows, calves, ducks, chickens and even a bull!

The farm is only a 10-minute walk away from the beach. Walking there, you will cross meadows and marshland full of rare and even endangered species; the old Saxon shoreline of Sussex; and the royal Military Canal, dug to repel Napoleon 200 years ago.

This extremely comfortable canvas lodge can sleep up to 5 adults or 4 adults and two children. Its main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom features a bunkbed. The livingroom offers a very cosy cupboard bed, where one adult or two children can sleep.

The lodge also has a toilet, dining area and a little kitchen with a charming wood stove. Outside there are canvas chairs to sit and take in the great views and there is also a cooker available.

The price for the lodge also includes bed linen, a farm tour given by the farmer, fresh eggs, wood for heating and cooking, a starter pack of candles and lampoil, a kitchen linen package and there is also free cleaning and parking.

All you need for the perfect full English breakfast is also on hand as well as succulent BBQ meats. Lunsford Lamb is also available on request. Bread, milk and butter are standard items in the Farm Larder along with bacon, sausages and eggs.
