Welcome to your beautiful and exclusive 6 Bedroom based in the Southern Algarve in between Albufeira and Paderne run by Stephen and Tina.

We purchased the premises in February 2020 and started to complete the works on the 3 acres of land to build this to create an exclusive environment for yourselves to use. After previously completing 3 other renovations and spending the last 10 years in the Algarve over time we saw a niche in the market to create an oasis for the larger family.

Our village gives you the opportunity to bring up to 14 people together spread over 3 separate air conditioned accommodation units, consisting of 1 chalet and 2 safari lodges and use of all site facilities including heated swimming pool, outdoor / indoor lounge, children's play area and many more unique features.

We wanted to create a retreat village where the larger group could peacefully relax and enjoy. We make no secrets of being 6 miles away from the beaches and the louder evening entertainment but we found a place where we could give you paradise, whilst at the same time being able to get what ever you need to create the perfect holiday experience. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen, bar and living room - Perfectly placed central to all accommodation types and the perfect place to retire at the end of a long sunny Algarve day. This is our favourite feature.

Plasma SMART TVs in the chalet and the outdoor lounge with full media package including Sky TV and 4G Wi-Fi through out the site.

3 Acres of your own private gardens with a south facing swimming pool.

Several secluded private sun terraces through out the site with many unique features - All south facing.

Outdoor bar inc of 50" TV contained within the outdoor kitchen.

Myself and Tina live on the site in our own villa and are always on hand to look after you and make sure you have a wonderful holiday experience. Our main aim is to look after you!

Take the A22 or the E1 highway and exit at So Bartolomeu de Messines. From there, we are only a 5 minute drive to your .

Faro Airport, is a 35 minute drive to reach our Village.

We can recommend to local transfer and taxi companies if you choose not to rent a car.

The is 2 miles away from Paderne and can be reached easily by a local taxi or if you fancy a stroll you can always walk - Many visitors enjoy this leisurely stroll down to Paderne where you can experience true Portugal.

Paderne

Paderne is a lovely rural small village situated in the inland Algarve, in the Albufeira department, in a region of beautiful landscapes and a very interesting heritage, worth to be known.

Paderne is probably a quite ancient village, once named as Paderna, probably with a Lusitanian origin, meaning rough or untreatable. Here inhabited Phoenicians, Romans, Visigoths and Arabs, these last one leaving a strong influence throughout all the Algarve region. Through out Paderne you will discover subterranean galleries that were used some centuries ago as barns.

Paderne has been able to maintain its typical rural feature, despite the tourism and urban development of the Albufeira departments, and is proud of its monuments like the castle, the old bridge, the watermill, the renaissance 16th century Nossa Senhora da Esperana church, the modest Nossa Senhora do P da Cruz Chapel dated from the beginning of the 18th century, or the famous Leito windmill, a symbol of the agricultural activity throughout the centuries.

All the Padernes residents like to invite you for lovely walks, and there are even some pedestrian itineraries of great beauty, showing off another Algarve that has much more to offer than just its golden beaches with crystalline waters.

Within a 3 kilometers of the you will also find the local supermarket or going a further 8 kilometers you will find Lidl and Aldi. The supermarkets are the perfect choice to 'Stock up' at the beginning of your stay.

Our surroundings

The is a place that is very central but also very quiet. Restaurants and shops are nearby. We are also located in a golfer-hotspot, with multiple beautiful golf courses surrounding our Village. Also a lot of fun in the winter!

10 minutes from the very lively Albufeira, with many shops, bars and places to eat.
10 minutes to the large Algarve Shopping centres.
10 minutes to several very beautiful bays.
