Happy are here again, in kitch retro style, as you take your pick for glamping in retro heaven! Caravan Dee Dee bodes from the United States of America and is a Tradewind bullet long haul Vintage Retro Caravan, how cool is that? Ant that just two hours away from London, in Suffolk.

This vintage gal is parked in the Suffolk countryside surrounded by farmland, near the coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold. In addition, the glamping site offers a car free zone, so you get a trolley to lug your goodies to your glamping spot. The site has newly erected communal facilities with hot water.

If you fancy a glamping experience with a bit of a twist, even a kitch retro type caravan holiday, come to Happy in Suffolk and enjoy the wonders of Dee Dee! 

Dee Dee is a 1959 (no 173 off the production line) vintage Tradewind chrome bullet shaped four berth gal, all the way from Ohio. This body sleeps four people, having a double bed infront and twin beds in the middle.

She has been painstakingly restored to her former glory and still has most of her original features including her wooden interior. This trailer/caravan is available in winter as she has a well insulated body and in addition boasts a heaters and loads of blankets. She has a radio and a tv screen to watch dvd’s on. The kitchenette is equipped for cooking at the pitch. Although this gal has her own loo, the site requests that guests use the communal facilities when at all possible.

For BBQ’s and cooking you can get an onsite firepit on request. The campsite, with its 5 mile proximity from the coast and 1 mile to the nearest local shop, is a very popular glamping spot for the whole family and above all a special rural destination only two hours away from London.
