Luxury tent’s nestled inside millennial old olive trees of family. Offering excellent sea view where you can rest among the quietness of the Mediterranean nature and enjoy romantic atmosphere every night.

Our luxury tents are newly built and each tent is equipped with 2 beds or queen size bed, wardrobe, candles, outdoor table with two chairs, hammock, solar lanterns, solar mobile charger.

For the first night each tent will be served complementary with bottle of red or white wine.

We are located 25-30 minutes walking to the city center and main pedestrian promenade, Ulcinj Old Town and main local restaurants, green bazaar, supermarkets and souvenir shops. 10 minutes by car (35-45 minutes walking) from famous beach Valdanos, 15-20 minutes to famous Ulcinj great 12km sandy beach, 30-35 minutes to river Bojana and its excellent fish restaurants, 45minutes to Shasko lake and Shasko old town where you can witness in person reimagining’s of 365 churches that once existed in this place and other city attractions.

family is owner of one of the oldest olive trees in the region. The tree is 1314 years old; the estimation of the ages was made in Feb 2016 by Istanbul Forestry University. Also family is very well known for producing the best quality of the olive oil and products related to the oil like handmade olive oil soap and Saint George’s Worth mixed with olive oil.
